With nearly 25 years of experience in the legal sector, Mr. Tindy Kwong graduated from Diploma in Legal Studies at University of Hong Kong, School of Professional and Continuing Education in 2009, and was admitted as a Legal Executive in the same year. He has joined our firm as a Legal Executive since 2021.

 

He has extensive experience in handling a broad range of civil disputes, and is specialized in commercial litigation, including contractual disputes, shareholders' disputes, breach of directors' duties.  He has also handled a vast number of land and property cases, including landlord and tenant disputes, adverse possession, building management disputes, etc.  Mr. Kwong has often represented clients in debts recovery, employment disputes, personal injuries, employee’s compensation, and bankruptcy and insolvency matters. 

 

Further, Mr. Kwong excels in all areas of family law including divorce, child care, custody, ancillary relief and financial related matters. 

 

Mr. Kwong is also specialized in criminal litigation.  He has handled defence cases at the Magistrates’ Court, District Court, High Court and different appellate Courts, which involved a broad range of crimes, including but not limited to theft, fraud and deception, assault and wounding, sexual offences, access to computer with dishonest intent, dangerous driving, trafficking in dangerous drugs, money laundering, false trademark, and offences in respect of import and export.

 

Mr. Kwong is fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
